Orders & Shipping
We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders $50.
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
All standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
Please note, once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of UPS. If you have any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays please contact UPS customer service.
You can track your shipment by clicking the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as ShopPay and Klarna.
Your credit card will be authorized once your order is confirmed, and the final charge will be processed when your order ships from our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the box, packing materials, and items, and contact us at info@deauskin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If possible, please include a photo of the damaged items.
If you receive the wrong product, please retain the box and items, and contact us at info@deauskin.com within 48 hours. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
We currently ship only within the United States. DEAU cannot ship to US territories, PMB, APO, FPO or PO Boxes. However, we are but are always looking to expand into new regions. Sign up for our emails to be notified when we launch international shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive product(s) that do not meet your expectations, return unopened or the gently used product(s) within 30 days of receipt.
When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded, and empty containers will not be accepted for refund.
Please notate the front side of your packing slip with the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us using the prepaid label . Please contact us info@deauskin.com to request a prepaid label.
Once your return package has arrived, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
