Finding a vitamin C that works on deeper skin tones without causing more irritation or uneven results is harder than people think. This one has been genuinely good. My skin tone looks more even overall and the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks from old breakouts is fading. No irritation, no weird reaction. About 5 weeks in and I keep getting compliments on my skin which never happens.
Sensitive skin that does not get along with most actives. I patch tested this for five days before using it all over and had zero reaction which was already more than I expected. My skin has always hated L-ascorbic acid so finding a vitamin C without it was a big deal for me. Four weeks in and my skin tone looks more even and I have this kind of baseline glow that wasn't there before. Not irritated, not purging, just better skin. Rare for me.
good vitamin C, genuinely. my skin is brighter and my tone is more even after six weeks. the only thing keeping this at four stars is the pump is a little inconsistent sometimes. the formula itself is great though. lightweight, fast absorbing, no smell, no oxidation. would recommend
